Vreeken Voiceover – Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered

Vreeken Voiceover (“Provider”) offers professional voiceover recording services for a variety of applications, including but not limited to:

• Commercials (radio, TV, online)

• Narration (corporate, documentary, eLearning)

• Animation and character voices

• IVR/phone systems

• Audiobooks and podcasts

• Custom content

2. Booking & Project Initiation

All projects must be scheduled in advance via email or agreed upon in writing. A project is considered officially booked once both parties agree on:

• Scope of work

• Timeline/deadlines

• Usage rights

• Rates and payment terms

3. Rates & Payment

Rates are determined per project and are based on usage, word count, session time, and final deliverables.

Payment Terms: Net 14 unless otherwise agreed.

Late Fees: A late fee of 5% may apply for invoices overdue by more than 15 days.

Rush Fees: Expedited turnaround (within 24–48 hours) may incur additional charges.

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or bank transfer (details provided on invoice).

4. Revisions

Your satisfaction matters. Two (2) rounds of minor revisions (performance tweaks, timing adjustments, etc.) are included in your quote.

Major Script Changes after recording has begun may incur an additional fee.

Pronunciation/Name Guides: Please provide reference materials or phonetic guides in advance to avoid delays or re-records.

5. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimated based on project size and Provider’s current schedule. If your timeline is urgent, a rush fee may apply.

Standard turnaround:

• Short projects (under 500 words): 24–72 hours

• Long-form projects (500+ words): 3–7 business days

6. Usage & Licensing

Rates are based on intended usage and licensing scope. Unauthorized use beyond the agreed terms is a breach of contract and subject to additional licensing fees or legal action.

Client must disclose all intended platforms and regions for usage (broadcast, web, internal, paid advertising, etc.).

7. Rights & Ownership

Final audio files are delivered in WAV/MP3 formats and become the property of the client only after full payment is received. Until then, all recordings remain the intellectual property of the Provider.

8. Confidentiality

All project content and communications are treated as confidential unless the Client provides written permission for public sharing or portfolio use.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Before Recording: Projects canceled before recording begins may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

After Recording Begins: Cancellations may be subject to a kill fee (typically 50–100% of the agreed rate) depending on the work completed.

Non-Refundable: Completed work and rushed orders are non-refundable.

10. Studio Specifications

All recordings are produced in the Mermaid Sound Cave, a professional-grade home studio equipped with:

• Neumann TLM 103 microphone

• Apollo Twin X interface

• Logic Pro + iZotope RX editing suite

• Custom acoustic treatment and sound isolation

Broadcast-quality audio is delivered clean and ready to use unless otherwise specified.

11. Limitation of Liability

Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of delivered audio files. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
